Mithaq — B2B contracts & procurement platform

01The brief

• Contracts were scattered across email, spreadsheets and paper.
• Approval cycles were long, and suppliers, clients and finance teams spent a lot of effort coordinating.
• Payments arrived late with no protection, and it was hard to see where a contract stood.
• The goal: one secure platform for the whole contract lifecycle, from the contract file to close-out, with a clear audit trail.

02What we built

• Secure sign-in with a business account number and a number-matching check in an authenticator app.
• Separate workspaces for suppliers, client companies, account representatives and compliance officers.
• A three-step new-deal wizard, plus a contract file that captures the delivery site and a scope form that adapts to the contract type.
• A live deal room: a nine-stage timeline both parties see update automatically, covering acceptance, approvals, service fee, credit approval, OTP e-signatures, milestone escrow and close-out.
• A printable completion certificate, a notifications centre and a compliance dashboard with deals by status and by city.
• Identity, payments, finance, e-signature and audit each sit behind their own connector, so real providers can be plugged in without changing the business flow.

03Design highlights

• A Saudi-inspired identity: deep green, gold and warm sand, a Sadu-weave band, an eight-point khatam star pattern and diamond-shaped step badges.
• Arabic-first with a full right-to-left layout and a one-click switch to English. Every label and data field exists in both languages.
• An audit log where each event is chained to the one before it, so any tampering shows immediately.
• A responsive layout that works down to phone widths.

04Technology

Angular front end with Tailwind CSS, an ASP.NET Core (.NET 10) API with SQL Server and JWT security, and a SHA-256 hash-chained audit log.
