Who we are

The Address United Digital Solutions (“TAU”, “we”, “us”) is a digital solutions company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it. Services we deliver under a contract may be covered by additional terms agreed with you.

The data we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run this website:

  • Brief and contact form: the services you are interested in, your sector, project type, timeline and budget range (both optional), your name, company (optional), email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), your message, your language and your consent.
  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure and filter spam.
  • Analytics: only if we enable analytics in the future, and only with your consent where required, we would collect aggregated usage data such as pages visited and device type. We will update this policy before doing so.

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health, religious or financial information) through this website. Please do not include it in your message.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To communicate with you about your project by email, phone or WhatsApp, if you gave us a number.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website, and to protect it against spam and abuse.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your enquiry details for marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

Legal basis and consent

We process the details you send through the brief form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit. Technical data needed to deliver and secure the website is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe service, and we process data where the law requires us to.

You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the purposes above: if we do not start working together, we delete or anonymise your enquiry no later than 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep project correspondence for the period required by our contract and by applicable law.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, under agreements that require them to protect it:

  • Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form handling. Your brief is stored in our Netlify account and forwarded to our team.
  • Our email and workplace tools, used to receive and answer your enquiry.
  • Analytics providers — only if analytics is enabled, as described in the cookies section.
  • Public authorities — when we are legally required to disclose data.

Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of our service providers, including our hosting provider Netlify, store or process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia (for example in the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so only as permitted by the PDPL and its regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom, limit the transfer to what is necessary, and rely on appropriate safeguards offered by the provider.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how and why your personal data is processed (this policy).
  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it in a readable format.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to delete your personal data when it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the period set by the PDPL and its implementing regulations. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the competent authority, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses only technology that is strictly necessary for it to work, for example your browser’s session storage to remember that you have already seen the opening animation during your visit. This information stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies, give you a way to change your choice at any time from this section, and list the provider and cookies here.

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
